Febreze is wet. Just adds to the wetness. Walls are probably wet too...and am betting they are gypsum board so they are gonna stay wet for a long time unless you get hot and heavy on them. Health risk? Yeah. It is like moldy bread. Dry what you can. Bleach wipe the hard surfaces to kill unseen mold. Quick or slow…it still has to be dried.
