How to remove an unusual start up password on Vista?

It’s not the usual one with username and password, but just a password.
When it questions to insert it, the background is whole black with just a small window for the password.

    You can login in administrator account to delete your username or password.
    Or you using some Windows Password Unlocker tools to reset your user password.

    You press “ctrl”+”alt”+”delete” 2 times and login your administrator..

    I usually used the cheapest and simple to use tools, especialy free trial: like Windows Password Recovery tool 3.0 to reset Windows XP password.
    Or you can try hacker. O(∩_∩)O ~
