If she is coming in, doing laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, making beds and so on, should be enough time to run a duster over some if not all the surfaces, while she is in each room. But if you are leaving a sty each week, might not be enough time to do other things. Ask her, straight up, what are you doing in the three hours you are here? Can you please add dusting to the mix? Be upfront with her, after all, you are employing her and there are plenty of people who would gladly clean and dust for a $50 for 3 hours. Good luck.
