it is a small 2 br 2 bath, she can only spend 3 hrs, I give her 50 cash, but I just find a lot of dust left over.

I reckon you need to determine what is being cleaned for the 3 hours, and then go from there. If she is coming in, doing laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, making beds and so on, should be enough time to run a duster over some if not all the surfaces, while she is in each room. But if you are leaving a sty each week, might not be enough time to do other things. Question her, straight up, what are you doing in the three hours you are here? Can you please add dusting to the mix? Be upfront with her, after all, you are employing her and there are plenty of people who would gladly clean and dust for a $50 for 3 hours. Excellent luck.
