How do you clear a large balcony of moss and years of filth?

My neighbours will complain if I drip Pathclear or any other kind of weedkiller down the sides of their balconies. So is there a better way that’s cheap?

    Spray it “lightly” with a bleach solution and then scrape it up.

    If you don’t mind ex-cons doing it – call your local “community service” office

    that’s the cheap way- (but ensure home contents is up to date)

    otherwise its gotta be a high pressure hose down

    (how would they know you were using path clear if you re-mark it “Organic path nutrient” by save the planet -anything with a globe on it would work)
