How to make a chart in excel with two y scales?

You know, if you want to make a chart with let’s some lines, but with different y scales, like on the right side dissolved oxygen and on the left concentration and then on the x axis time… how can I do this in excel?

How come when I convert a 4 minute video, the video speeds up and only lasts 3 seconds?

Sometimes when I use any video converter to convert videos, the video that it makes is all quick and only lasts a few seconds? The original avi is like 5 minutes but after I convert it, it’s only 3 seconds. How can I fix this or not let this happen? Thanks
